There are several very good sites dedicated to the study of postcolonial literature on the Internet. We began by consulting an excellent site from Brown University called Postcolonial and Postimperial Literature in English. However, information was lacking on certain theorists of interest in our course at the Université de Sherbrooke , Ang 454: Postcolonial Literatures in English. The objective of this site is to provide complementary information on postcolonial theorists and their literatures.
The Postcolonial Literature site at the Université de Sherbrooke will be integrated with course work and be used as an additional tool for the study of Poco. Lit. This site was created by Professor Roxanne Rimstead and her class of winter 2001 Ang 454: Postcolonial Literatures in English and will be up-dated continually by future students at the Université de Sherbrooke.
